minerals and vitamins. Jaggery, for example, contains iron and can aid in digestion, making it a
much healthier option compared to refined sugar.
Using Bilona Ghee Instead of
Vanaspati:
At Madhurak, we are committed to using pure Bilona ghee in our preparations. Made
using traditional churning methods, Bilona ghee retains the essential nutrients and has a high
concentration of healthy fats that can improve digestion and boost immunity. Unlike vanaspati
ghee, Bilona ghee is free from harmful trans fats, making it a safer and tastier choice for our
sweets.
Ensuring the Quality of Mawa:
